Shipping Policy

From Miami, Florida, we often process and send out orders the same business day. All orders ordered before 2:00 p.m. (Monday through Friday) during business hours will be dispatched that day. Your order will be dispatched the following business day if it is placed after 2pm. Processing timeframes may vary based on supply and availability. On weekends and US federal holidays, we don't ship. The USPS ships all orders. If you order multiple items, they can arrive in different packages.

WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONAL OR MILITARY OVERSEAS DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS. (APO, FPO, ETC.)

PO BOX SHIPPING ADDRESSES ARE NOT ALLOWED.

*ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITH ADULT SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. We recommend shipping you order to an address where someone 21 years of age or older can sign for the package. (work place, business or family member)

Delivered orders are displayed. You must get in touch with USPS or the carrier that delivered the box if it was sent to the shipping address you verified on your order but you haven't received it for any reason. Any package that has been delivered to a confirmed delivery address that you verified while placing your order is not our responsibility. We have no control over your shipment once it has left our premises. Orders are sent with confirmation of an adult signature. We advise sending to a place of business or residence where someone who is at least 21 years old can sign for the shipment.

In order to avoid mistakes or shipment delays, it is the customer's obligation to ensure that the address information—including the city, state, and zip code—is accurate. Once the order has been sent for shipping, the customer's shipping address cannot be modified. Before submitting an order, consumers must review their shipping information. A delay and extra shipment expenses could occur if appropriate shipping information is not provided.

There will never be a reimbursement for the cost of shipping. When the order is sent, you will get an email with the tracking details.
